From the capital, fly into David then transfer overland to Boquete for the next three days. This beautiful area is in the highlands where you can climb Panama’s highest point, Baru Volcano. The following day visit a coffee plantation and explore the jungle via hanging bridges and walks.

Next transfer overland to the Caribbean coast for the final few days in the Bocas del Toro region relaxing on the beach and exploring the Islas Bastamientos National Marine Park. The park has forests and mangroves which are home to monkeys, sloths, turtles, caimans, crocodiles and many more reptiles and amphibians.
